Organic Cotton is a natural GMO free fibre which means the seeds have not been genetically modified. The production is grown without the use of chemical pesticides, fertilizers and insecticides. This encourages farmers to use natural methods like crop rotation to be able to keep the soil more fertile and healthy. A healthier soil means during floods, the soil can soak up and retain the water for longer periods during droughts.
